District of Columbia One Fund Campaign
One Fund Logo

Greetings Colleagues,

For over 50 years, District government employees and retirees have stepped up to support nonprofit organizations through the DC One Fund. This program is an opportunity for you to conveniently support your favorite charities*.

With help from the United Way and United Black Fund, we have created a paperless process for collecting pledges and donations. The online portal allows donors to make contributions in a variety of forms including credit and debit card payments. This quick and easy process is yet another accomplishment in the District’s plan to automate the functions of government and will help us make the process more efficient and accountable. We invite you to be a part of something special by participating in the DC One Fund.

Make a lump sum donation before the end of this year to take advantage of the tax deduction, or arrange for biweekly payroll deductions. A donation as small as $2 per pay period will make an impact on your charity of choice. This year, we are asking that Each One Help One.
To learn more about the DC One Fund contact your agency’s representative, email dconefund@dc.gov or call (202) 727-6306 Monday-Friday 9am-Noon.

Sincerely,

Stephanie D. Scott, Ph.D.
Secretary of the District of Columbia

The District of Columbia does not endorse any particular organizations, and makes no guarantees as to the advisability of employees donating to any organization. A listing in the DC One Fund means that the organization is technically eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions, and nothing more.
